You can submit a photo ONLINE between July 1 and July 30.
What to Submit
You will need to include the photo, baby and parent’s names, family address, phone, and email.

Voting
Voting will begin ONLINE on Monday, August 1st and end on Saturday, August 28th.

One child per photo unless born as multiple.
No frames or borders.
